Office Block Conversion, Low Marnham

Buckingham Electrical successfully refurbished a pre-owned modular building, prioritising cost-effectiveness through prefab construction. Divided into four sections, the structure underwent on-site assembly. Modifying the existing block layout rendered the previous wiring obsolete, posing a unique challenge: the installation of new wiring with minimal disruption. Buckingham rose to this challenge, executing a comprehensive rewiring of the modular building. Seamlessly incorporating power, lighting, and data throughout the block, aligning with the updated layout while preserving the building's structural integrity. Additionally, a new 125A 3-phase supply was established, connecting the building to the main switch room through subterranean ducting.
